Return & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

This Return & Refund Policy governs the terms under which Ridge Trading Group Co., Ltd. ("Ridge Asset Management", "we", "us", "our") handles refunds, cancellations, and dispute resolution related to our trading services and partnership programs.

As a proprietary trading firm, Ridge Asset Management primarily engages in trading activities using our own capital. Our partnership programs involve capital allocation, profit sharing, and service fees as agreed in individual partnership agreements.

2. Partnership Capital Contributions

• Initial Contributions: Capital contributions made under partnership agreements are subject to the terms specified in the individual agreement.
• Capital Withdrawals: Partners may request capital withdrawals in accordance with the notice periods and terms specified in their agreement.
• Minimum Holding Period: Some partnership structures may have minimum holding periods before capital can be withdrawn.

3. Fee Refunds

• Management Fees: Management fees, once charged, are generally non-refundable as they cover administrative and operational costs incurred.
• Performance Fees: Performance fees are calculated based on realized trading profits and are non-refundable once credited.
• Technology Access Fees: Technology access fees may be refundable on a pro-rata basis in the event of early termination as specified in the agreement.

4. Services Cancellation

Cancellation of services or partnership agreements is subject to the terms specified in the individual agreement. Generally:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@ridge-trading-fn.it.com.
• Notice periods as specified in the agreement will apply.
• Any outstanding fees or obligations must be settled prior to cancellation.
• Trading positions will be closed in accordance with the agreement terms.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute regarding fees, charges, or partnership terms:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact our support team at info@ridge-trading-fn.it.com to discuss the issue. We aim to resolve all concerns amicably within 14 business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, submit a formal written complaint detailing the issue, relevant agreement terms, and desired resolution.
• Step 3 — Mediation: If the dispute remains unresolved, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
• Step 4 — Legal Action: Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Seoul, South Korea.

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under any agreement due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, market disruptions, exchange closures, or failure of critical infrastructure.

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us immediately at info@ridge-trading-fn.it.com or call 02-785-9710 before disputing the charge with your bank. Unjustified chargebacks may result in termination of services and legal action.

9. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Partners and clients will be notified of material changes via email.
